Cancellation Policy

At Aláry Health Spa, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared with your care and well-being in mind. Out of respect for our team’s time and the needs of others, we’ve outlined a simple cancellation policy to help ensure smooth scheduling for everyone. Please take a moment to review the details below before your visit.

We kindly ask that all appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another individual on our waitlist.

Late Cancellations:
‍Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Shows:
‍Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

First-Time Exception:
‍We understand that life happens. As a courtesy, your first late cancellation or no-show will be waived.

‍Changes can be made through your client portal or by calling us directly during business hours.
