Requirements:
• Current RN license in the State of New York
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (IV therapy experience preferred, but not required)
• Certification in IV administration or willingness to obtain upon hire

Aláry Health Spa is seeking a highly organized, poised, and client-focused professional to lead our front-of-house operations. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for a refined and seamless experience. This role blends hospitality and administrative oversight, managing daily reception duties while ensuring the spa runs with efficiency, grace, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage check-ins and check-outs with warmth and professionalism
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling with accuracy
• Coordinate with medical providers to maintain a smooth daily schedule
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the front lobby and reception area
• Manage inventory for front office supplies and retail items
• Oversee payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Support onboarding for new clients, including intake forms and consent documentation
• Assist in light administrative duties, including vendor coordination and office logistics
• Ensure all front desk protocols align with Aláry Health Spa’s luxury service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, office/retail manager, or hospitality role
• Background in a medical, wellness, or luxury service environment preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with scheduling software and digital intake systems preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with care
