Our core services include IV nutrient therapy, NAD+ infusions, vitamin injections, hormone optimization for men and women (TRT and HRT), medical weight loss, and integrative mental health care. We also offer aesthetic services such as Botox, dermal fillers, and regenerative skin treatments, which may be performed by the provider depending on experience and interest.

This role is ideal for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a genuine interest in wellness-based care. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to evaluate, treat, and guide individuals through personalized treatment plans that support both preventive health and targeted interventions. Aesthetics experience is welcomed, but not required. We value providers who are clinically confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a modern, serene, and highly client-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner certification in the State of New York
• Ability to practice independently within New York scope of practice
• Collaborating MD agreement supported and covered by the company if required
• Experience in wellness medicine, hormone therapy, or integrative care required
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and procedural skills
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional, and empathetic approach
• Comfort working in a client-focused, luxury wellness environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer IV infusions, NAD+ therapy, vitamin injections, and hormone replacement therapies

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for a refined and seamless experience. This role blends hospitality and administrative oversight, managing daily reception duties while ensuring the spa runs with efficiency, grace, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage check-ins and check-outs with warmth and professionalism
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling with accuracy
• Coordinate with medical providers to maintain a smooth daily schedule
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the front lobby and reception area
• Manage inventory for front office supplies and retail items
• Oversee payment processing and maintain accurate financial records
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Support onboarding for new clients, including intake forms and consent documentation
• Assist in light administrative duties, including vendor coordination and office logistics

Requirements:

• Clinical experience with both adults and adolescents
